Other Luggage Storage Options in San Antonio

Unfortunately, San Antonio is notorious for its lack of luggage storage, which is why our team at Knock Knock City is working hard to bring affordable, convenient bag storage to the area.

In the meantime, you do have several other options.

If you plan to see as much of San Antonio and the surrounding area as possible, it may be worth it to rent a car. That way, you can come and go as you please, and won’t have to worry about luggage storage since you can leave your bags safely locked in the trunk.

On the other hand, if renting a car isn’t an option we suggest calling some of the local hotels to see if they are willing to store your baggage. Some offer this service even for people who are not staying with them. If that’s the case, be sure to tip the person who helped you (bellhop, front desk staff, etc.)

First, if you’re visiting during the summer, know that it gets hot here. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and sunblock, and don’t forget to drink lots of water. Be sure to take frequent breaks indoors to cool off as well.

As in any big city, be sure to stay in well-lit areas after dark. The Riverwalk is generally considered to be a very safe area, but it’s always best to use common sense and take precautions. Always keep your valuables close.
